On May 1, the Eagle County Assessor mailed out the 2019 reassessed property tax valuations. Eagle County reassesses property values every two years and last did this in 2017. In its reassessment process, the Eagle County Assessor is bound by Colorado statute to use comparable transactions between January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
