Dan helped me navigate through a sale of one condo and the purchase of another, guided me to appropriate 1031-Transfer assistance, and was very accessible and knowledgeable throughout the whole project. He was both personable and businesslike. I very much appreciated his advice and help.
I've utilized Dan's services for 3 years and will always turn to his expertise and personal attention for future legal needs. I appreciate how he has supported my husband and I with tough decisions in a confident way and provided peace of mind to us many times. Dan has been professional, attentive, clear, and available, responding via email, phone, and in person.
Thank you, Dan, for your services and assistance! Excellent attorney.
Dan helped us set up an LLC and prepared an operating agreement. He did an incredible job of representing 3 partners and making sure everyone's interests were carefully considered and documented. High level of insight and professionalism.
Dan Reynolds is a stand up guy. He is hard working & gets the job done. He is easy to communicate with and gets things accomplished in a timely manner. Dan and the people of RKV Law are incredible and I would highly recommend them to everyone!
Dan Reynolds is true professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He assisted me with a huge real-estate deal in Colorado, long distance, as I was in New York during the entire process. Having Dan represent me locally was greatly appreciated and facilitated a smother and successful closing.
As an association manager it's key to find a good attorney that knows the legal ins and outs of owners associations. Dan has been great to work with and is very knowledgeable. He has helped several of our associations whenever a need arises. When sh*t hits the fan, call Dan!
Daniel recently helped me go through the process of buying my first home. He was incredibly helpful—easily the most helpful person I interacted with, probably ten times more helpful than my broker or lender. He was constantly in contact with me, explaining the different processes we were going through and what things I needed to keep on my radar for the coming weeks. At the same time, our communication was necessary, I knew he wasn't unnecessarily contacting me or the other parties involved to run up his bill. He was a tremendous asset in communicating with the broker and made sure that everything that needed to be taken care of was. If and when I'm ready to buy my next home, I will be giving Daniel a call before anyone else.
Dan was efficient, knowledgeable and led me down the most cost effective path in recovering money that was owed on a construction project.
Dan is a great lawyer and very easy to work with. He handles all my real estate needs and give me confidence when making decisions. He is very thorough with his work. I would recommend him to anyone.
